Small Group Training

H.I.I.T — High Intensity Interval Training is a 30-minute workout that mixes high intensity bursts of exercise with recovery periods. This class incorporates dynamic exercises, funcitional body weight movements, and a variety of equipment such as TRX, battle ropes, dumbbells and kettle bells. You'll get fit, lose fat, increase lean muscle, and improve performance for any sport.
