Work out in a group setting with one of our talented and motivating Group Fitness instructors-our team is second to none in the Bay Area. The Studio offers a wide variety of classes for all fitness levels and interests. We're open seven days a week, so you can always find the right time to come in and work out.



Forge: From intense effort and burning desire comes strength and resilience. These classes focus on building lean muscle to make your body more durable.



Beach Body Sculpt:

This class will give you the muscle tone and definition you’ve always wanted. You’ll burn calories, lean down, and sculpt your physique to achieve a beach-ready body for any season.


Boot Camp Circuit:

Get ready to move from one exercise to the next in this unique, hybrid, athletic performance workout. Using only your body weight, dumbbells and core in each station you will burn calories and increase strength while having fun! You’ll never do the same workout twice.



Carve your muscles and DEFINE your body. Firm up your abs, arms, thighs, and glutes, and add cardio bursts in between sets to burn calories and achieve a lean physique from head to toe.


Forge Circuit:

This up-tempo workout utilizes a variety of equipment to push you to the edge. You’ll build a sense of camaraderie and community as participants work as a team, provide encouragement, and give it their all from beginning to end. This class caters to people of all ages and fitness levels.


Power Sculpt:

Develop lean muscle tissue in this body-sculpting class that incorporates medium (8-15lbs) weights. Focusing on concentrated movements that will work for all your major muscle groups, this class will make you stronger, leaner, and fitter overall.



The TRX® Suspension Trainer is the original, best-in-class workout system that leverages gravity and your bodyweight to perform hundreds of exercises. This Level I class will introduce the Basic Principles of TRX Suspension Training. You will learn the Set-Up and Use of the TRX, along with Correct Body Position, Alignment and Basic TRX Movements. Emphasis will be on Range of Motion, Functional Movement and Strength, Balance and Stability, and will finish with stretching. This class is fun and invigorating! All Fitness Levels Welcome.


TRX Circuit:

Improve your performance and take your cross training to the next level. This class kicks off with a warm-up to increase your heart rate, then moves you through a variety of stations using the TRX, dumbbells, resistance bands, stability balls and more! If you are ready to step up your workouts, TRX Circuit is Hard Core…Get Ready to Sweat!


Fire: Excericising the heart and lungs is the best way to burn calories and fat. These Classes train your cardiovascular system, the engine around which fitness is built.



Boxing Boot Camp:

Box, weave, punch and kick as you blast fat and work your way to the body you want! This no-nonsense class is the perfect blend of kickboxing, cardio, sculpting, and flexibility. No workout will ever be like the last to ensure you always get maximum results.


Cardio Fit:

This class is a no-nonsense workout that will improve your overall fitness level with an emphasis on cardio bursts, sports drills, athletic moves, upper and lower body exercises and an endless amount of high-ntensity activities.



Based on traditional cycling principals, this 55-minute indoor cycling class will give you a cardio challenge that’s bound to help you burn calories, lose weight and strengthen your legs, heart and lungs. Jump, run and climb your way through an intense 45 or 60-minute session of aerobic and anaerobic training on a stationary bike. All levels welcome.


Functional Fitness:

All you need for a total body transformation in one workout routine. This non-stop, fat-burning functional movement class will strengthen and define your body by moving in three planes of motion. The experience is incredibly intense, and the results are endless.



LaBlast is a dance fitness class based on all the fun dance moves you see on “Dancing with the Stars.” It’s partner free and uses a wide variety of music! From the absolute beginner to the experienced dancer, students will experience a fun atmosphere while burning calories. Anyone is welcome! Let’s Dance!


Muscle Matness:

This ‘every body needs it’ class combines traditional and contemporary Pilates along with upper body muscle work using a variety of props including bands, light weights, body bars and rollers. Core work is included throughout the workout as is muscle stretching and joint mobilization with a focus on the spine, shoulders and hips.


Ride N’ Define:

This 55-minute workout takes you on and off the bike, to give you the full body cardio and sculpting workout. This class will rev your heart rate with a 30-minute, out of the saddle, Rock the Ride style cycle class, followed by 20 minutes of sculpting exercises on and off the bike using light dumbbells and body weight. Guided by the energizing music, motivating coaching, and your determination, this class will be a fun addition to your workout routine.



This total body, high-intensity program, utilizes free weights, resistance, and body weight. This class masterfully combines the components of R.I.P.P.E.D. (Resistance, Intervals, Power, Plyometrics and Endurance) as the workout portion. Diet suggestions are provided to help you attain and maintain your physique in ways that are fun, safe, doable and extremely effective.


Rock the RIDE:

This new cycle format is a party on a bike! You will begin with a review of proper bike set up and then get right into the fun. The class will bring you through a rhythm driven ride with an exciting variety of movement choreography, all with a night club feel. Let the music and move your body, mind and soul while getting a fantastic workout!


Rock the RIDE Level II:

Rock the Ride Level 2 is for advanced rock the “riders.” Level 2 will incorporate more body movement, faster jogs, and shorter breaks to keep your heart rate elevated. Recommendation from instructor suggested for Level II class.


Studio STEP:

Step is a fun throwback workout set to great music. Build cardiovascular endurance through a variety of low impact moves on a step platform.


Shred It!:

A 30-minute high energy circuit class to SHRED IT! It is a results-driven combo of strength, cardio, and core that will leave you tight, toned, and totally ready to show off your hard work. Get ready to SHRED IT!.



Zumba fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic dance fitness workout. This cardio focused format, provides a fun, calorie-burning workout that will keep you coming back for more!.


Flow: Awareness of the connection between mind and body is the first step toward achieving a fluid state. These classes focus on breathing, movement, and other fundatmentals that help create a healthier, happier you.



8-Pack Abs:

Focus on firming, toning and defining the abdominal area while building core strength and stability in this half hour of ab power. All levels welcome!


Abs & Flexibility:

Start the class with 15-20 minutes of abdominal work on the mat then flow directly into flexibility training. Flexibility training is the perfect remedy to repair repetitive-use injuries, increase a limited range of motion, or improve sports performance. Achieve increased flexibility while strengthening your muscles through the use of your body weight, props, and tools like foam rollers and stability balls.



This class is the perfect blend of deep muscle toning, stretching, balancing and core conditioning. Barre incorporates the fluidity of ballet, the flexibility of yoga, and the core strengthening of Pilates. It is a structured, easy-to-follow total body workout. This low-impact workout combines light weights, exercise balls, a ballet barre and other props to ensure you get a challenging workout every time! And best of all—No Dance Experience Required!


Body & Sole:

A barefoot, dance-based class that strengthens your muscles, improves balance and stability and increases mobility. Set the foundation for the rest of your workouts and improve body awareness. This class features World Music, Latin, and Urban Beats, and is suitable for all fitness levels.


Candlelight Stretch:

Relax, and unwind with this full body stretch class with a calming mental focus. Major muscle groups are stretched using active isolation. Recommended for all fitness levels.


Choreo Barre:

Experience an upbeat, full body, Barre workout choreographed to the beat of the music. This barre class challenges your core stability, balance, and endurance, and also incorporates weights for upper body toning, as well as a cardio segment to increase your heart rate. This strength workout is followed by stretching to release tension from the fatigued muscles. All levels are welcome.


Gentle Yoga:

A gentle, slower-paced practice that combines basic postures with breathing and meditation. Appropriate for beginners, seniors, students with injuries or those who prefer a slower paced class.


Mindful Flow:

A physical Hatha class that allows your body, mind and spirit to move more freely by focusing on pranayama (breath work), asana (postures), alignment and meditation in a flow inspired class. Personal attention to the individual is of prime concern and working to prevent injury, or lessen the impact of one, is a constant. The combination of breath, movement, and alignment builds heat in the body releasing stress, tension, and toxicity and increases strength and flexibility.


Pilates Core Fusion:

Get your posture back into alignment and learn how to build muscle safely. Achieve a full-body, low impact workout while strengthening, lengthening and toning your thighs, seat, abdominals, and arms. This class is the perfect blend of Pilates, ballet, sculpting and yoga.


Power Vinyasa Flow Yoga (2-3):

A vigorous Vinyasa style of yoga linking movement with breath while incorporating a heat-building sequence of poses. This Power yoga inspired class will leave you feeling invigorated mind, body, and soul. For the more experienced yoga student.


Restorative Yoga with Meditation:

Bring your body, breath and mind into a balanced state of overall well-being with the benefits of restorative yoga, which have been scientifically proven to reduce cortisol, the stress hormone, from the blood stream. Experience calming supported poses mindfully sequenced to guide and ease the body into a restored state. Each class begins and ends with guided meditations, and will leave you feeling as though you’ve just returned from tropical vacation. When combined with other forms of exercise, this class will have a profound effect on mental, physical and metabolic health.


Roll, Release, Relax:

This class releases the myofascial tissue of the body using foam rollers, balls, and bands. These tools will help realign and repair proper joint range, reduce muscular tension resulting in improved performance, and enhance your flexibility.


Vinyasa Sculpt:

Yoga + Cardio + Weights - Get ready to tone and tighten in this dynamic class that combines the most effective moves for the biggest impact, all within 55 minutes of high energy fun. Power Vinyasa yoga creates the foundation for this class, warming up your body for the metabolism-revving cardio bursts while weights create definition in all the right places. Plus a sprinkling of barre gives your lower half the toning it deserves.


Vinyasa Yoga:

Vinyasa means “flow,” offering a fluid, moving practice for the individual who prefers a dynamic class with “Vinyasas” or flow series, as a foundation. You can expect a fluid experience of yoga, moving from asana to asana on the breath, with time for more challenging yoga postures toward the end of class, finishing with a final relaxation.


Yin Yoga:

Yin is yoga at its coolest, deepest, quietest, stillest moments. This class will have you on the floor most of the time, using as many props needed to minimize effort while holding poses. Poses are held for 2-5 minutes allowing joints and fascia to release. This class will complement your Vinyasa practice and will open and release areas in need of more flexibility.


Yoga Fundamentals:

Start your yoga practice here. This fun, engaging class teaches the fundamentals of Vinyasa Yoga including sun salutations, standing poses, balancing postures, seated and reclining poses, backbends, and core isolation. Emphasis is on moving in and out of postures safely. We learn the correct alignment for integral poses and how to connect these poses to the breath. This class is a great preparation for the regular Vinyasa classes. Come along and discover just how good yoga can make you feel!
