Ali has been teaching yoga for eight years throughout the east bay area.  She has a Yogaworks 500-hour certification and teaches Gentle Yoga, Vinyasa Flow and Metabolic Meltdown at The Studio.  Ali's classes are alignment and breath focused, and sure to bring heat and challenge to your body, while leaving you relaxed, restored and renewed!

Ali has a Bachelor's in Psychology, a Master's in Sports Psychology, is a certified personal trainer and a Level 1 CrossFit Trainer.  She ran track for UC Davis, and played volleyball, basketball and ran track in high school.  She regularly competes in CrossFit.  Ali has written a thesis on the yin and yang of fitness, comparing CrossFit with Yoga and how these two extremes complement each other.  Ali specializes in teaching yoga to elite athletes and works with the NFL Combine Camp.
