Channing Azzolino has been a chiropractor since 1998, practicing in various clinics around the Bay Area. She has brought her professional knowledge of alignment principles, biomechanics and orthopedic exercises into the development of the Absolute Barre program. Channing has long prescribed barre workouts as rehab for her patients for injuries of the spine, shoulders, hips, and knees due to the non-impact, safe and effective methods of exercise and active stretching to build long lean muscles and healthy joints. Channing credits barre workouts for getting her body back in shape after each of her three pregnancies and keeping her strong and limber enough to take on the active duties of motherhood.
