Curtis’ passion for fitness and desire to make a positive impact in people’s lives is what steered him towards training and, ultimately, The Studio. He emphasizes strength, balance, agility, and flexibility during training in order to help clients build a solid base and foundation to work off of. While Curtis demands a lot from his clients, he is equally as encouraging. This approach is what makes him an ideal support training for the Transformations program at The Studio, and the lead trainer at its sister company, The Quad.
When Curtis isn’t training, he’s often enjoying the outdoors with his camera in hand.
