Kathe discovered yoga when she started doing Triathlons many years ago. She practices and teaches yoga because it is her way to find balance and alignment in the mind and body through the ever-changing stages of life in the ever-changing world. She also loves teaching Absolute Barre. She loves the fact that this Absolute Barre method is very safety and alignment based…not to mention wonderfully challenging. She is committed to helping each individual who approaches yoga or Absolute Barre to feel comfortable, safe and accepted -- no matter their physical ability or experience level. Teaching has always been very important to her. For many years she was an elementary school teacher, followed by a teacher of teachers.


She has her 500-hour RYT certification from YogaWorks. In addition to teaching Yoga, Meditation, Absolute Barre and Flow Sculpt, she is an assistant in the YogaWorks Teacher Training program.
