Linda O’Connor imparts her radiant spirit and joy for life in her Barre classes, yoga classes, and holistic lifestyle coaching. She has been practicing and studying for over two decades. In her classes, she balances athleticism with grace and precise alignment with the flow, along with strong attention to breath and mindfulness. Linda teaches in a way that allows her students to evolve wholeheartedly and change the shape of their body through extreme self-care and dedication.

Linda graduated from the University of Utah and for many years was a personal trainer and fitness director with both CSCS and ACSM Fitness Instructor certifications. Linda graduated from CoachU’s International Coach Training Program and is currently enrolled in the Institute of Integrative Nutrition as a holistic lifestyle coach who works with people who desire personal growth and have the ambition to feel vibrant, have fun and live fully. Her mission is to spread the word of health and wellness to large amounts of people. She has lead workshops for Camp Discovery, a specialized camp for women in wheelchairs and has been featured in ORIGIN magazine as “Leaders We Admire.”

Linda is married to a loving supportive husband, has three adorable children and a big white dog named Star.
