Sallie is an ACE certified group fitness instructor. She holds multiple other certifications including TRX, Stability Ball, Mat, 1&2 Pilates, Schwinn Cycle, Aqua, Balletone, and Bender Ball. In her more than 25 years of Fitness Industry experience, Sallie has not only held positions in training and instruction but has also held several management positions.

Sallie has a background in competitive sports and incorporates her love of fitness into all she does. Sallie has been fortunate to have a lifelong career in the fitness industry and loves to share her experience and expertise with others.
